Tuesday, August 5, 2025~ It was a Buc-ee's Day! Mt Crawford, VA. now houses the first Buc-ee's in the state of Virginia! and YES, we braved the beaver! 🦫🦫🦫Would you believe there are 120 gas pumps???? Apparently everyone in Virginia is getting gas at once. The gas was $2.65/gal, so we filled up the tank and our souls!
The crowds were small, which meant we didn't have to throw elbows to get our brisket sandwich(Which was DELICIOUS)The bathrooms? Still cleaner than my kitchen.
I think the grands marveled at the mammoth selection of foods, gifts, trinkets. THERE WAS A LOT TO SEE! Memories were made...and so were snack decisions we'll never regret! (The cinnamon beaver nuggets were addictive) I hesitated but lovingly starred at the aqua crystal mounted cow skull😂😂😂Nobody really plans to spend 90 minutes at a gas station😂....and yet, Buc-ee's, the unexplained phenomenon.....where the resistance is futile, entertained and fed us! PS........Dinner for 4 + Cinnamon beaver nuggets for dessert + 1 t-shirt + 1 pjs = $81.00
